  9. I am a C++ programmer who is looking for some type of certification 
  10. in this specific language for the purpose of validating my 
  11. proficiency to new clients. I am new in the business as my own 
  12. consulting firm and want to be able to support the fact that, yes, I 
  13. actually do not what I'm talking about. However, without any 
  14. designation, it requires the client to take your word for it or a 
  15. references; neither has been adequate in all situations. Any help
